I'm Toñito — a self-taught artist from Muskegon and Grand Rapids, Michigan. I hand-paint every pair of custom shoes myself, start to finish.
It started in high school. My AP art teacher entered me into the Vans Custom Culture contest, and something clicked. Designing a shoe from scratch — making something wearable, personal, one of a kind — felt different from anything I'd done before.
I studied at Kendall College of Art and Design, explored every medium I could find — graphite, markers, watercolors — but airbrushing and brush painting on shoes is where everything came together.
The first real pairs I painted were for myself and my sister. They weren't perfect. But the feeling of finishing them was. That feeling never went away.
Now I channel that same energy into every commission. Whether it's your favorite team, a character that means something to you, or a fully original concept — I paint it like it's mine.
Every pair is one of a kind. Just like the person wearing them.
Custom Shoes for Custom People. 🖤

How it Works
-
Send me a message with your idea — a team, a character, a concept, anything. The more detail the better. I'll get back to you personally to talk it through.
-
Once we're aligned on the vision, I get to work. Every design is created from scratch, painted by hand, built specifically for you. No templates. No shortcuts.
-
When your customs are done I'll send you photos before they ship. You'll know exactly what you're getting — and it'll be worth the wait.
